Breaking gluten free into mainstream.

Roma Foods pioneered ‘free-from’ foods, but in order to break new ground they we’re going to need to break out of their current approach.

Since 1984, Roma Foods have been pioneering ‘free-from’ foods under their Orgran and Buontempo brands. Manufacturing from their allergy friendly facility in Melbourne’s south, they produce around 80 products, including pasta, for both domestic and numerous export markets.

Despite growing consumer appetite for ‘better for you’ foods including gluten free, their brands – targeted at specific health and allergy needs consumers – were considered too niche to cross-over into mainstream where there is significant growth opportunity.

Say ciao to Pasta Roma! The alternative pasta with authentic taste. Made with care in small batches using rice, sun-ripened corn and generations of Italian pasta making know-how, a traditional bronze-die extrusion makes every bite bellissimo!
