Perfect Italiano

Italian immigrant, Natale Italiano first started the Perfect Cheese Company in 1930 making traditional and authentic Italian style cheeses in the small kitchen of a North Melbourne pub. In 1996 the brand name was changed to Perfect Italiano and this range of Italian style cheese can be found in every dairy section of nearly every supermarket Australia-wide. The brand forms part of Fonterra’s portfolio of Australian brands.
