New Brand Development for Mobi Living

Schiavello approached Disegno Group to work with them in creating an identity for their new retail venture, Mobi Living.

The challenge was to create a unique brand that has presence in an already cluttered industry. It was important that the identity be modern and contemporary to reflect their product, while being strong enough to generate market recognition and establish long-term awareness amongst the commercial and consumer markets.

Disegno creatively explored directions that were modern and contemporary, that used bold colours unique to the market, featured an organic “ownable” shape or mark, and that communicated an edgy, individual and fun personality.

The result is an organic typographical logo that features bold colours softened through transparency to create a modern, contemporary mark that is stylish and unique to the market. Initially the identity is to appear on corporate communication, but will soon be expanded into the retail environment incorporating catalogues, online communication, in-store material, signage, uniforms and livery.
